I started  ‘ Beechmont Mountain Sales’ as joint director in 2006 after spending four years with ‘ Ray White’ at the Runaway Bay & Surfers Paradise offices. Living & working on the mountain for over 10 years has given me an excellent understanding of the properties, their values &  the advantages of mountain living, which enables us to achieve the best results for our vendors. Our Office is situated in the middle of Lower Beechmont Village and  is the only Real Estate Office on the mountain… and we have a continual flow of buyers through our door. Our results show that we sell far more properties on the mountain  than all other agents.
